Returns & Exchanges

At The Mad Potter, we want you to love your handcrafted home goods, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include the original artisan packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Pottery

  Carefully repackage your items using the original protective bubble wrap and padding to ensure the ceramics are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
